PingPulse provides uptime monitoring and cron-job scheduling services. You are responsible for configuring the service to monitor URLs you have permission to access.

3. Use of Service

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not abuse the service by configuring excessive frequency beyond your plan limits or targeting third-party services without consent.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PingPulse does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, or (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PingPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or usage of the service.
